Return & Refund Policy

At RK Software Solutions, we focus on delivering customized digital solutions. As such, returns are not applicable once a service is delivered. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.
• Only payments for services not yet initiated or delivered are eligible for refund.
• Advance or booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exceptions

No refunds will be provided for completed project milestones or delivered software modules.
